A business owner for 15 years, she is a Certified Time Management Trainer for Day-Timer and the Color Code, and Author of two wellness books: Staying Calm in the Midst of Chaos & Treatable and Beatable: Healing Cancer without Surgery.

Carolyn introduces effective time management, team management and self management strategies to companies and conferences throughout the United States. During her 2002-2003 book tour Carolyn did book signings and lectures at over 25 Barnes and Nobel stores. She traveled from: Michigan, New Mexico, Montana, Utah, California, Las Vegas, and Hawaii to establish the "Create Calm" campaign.
